We appreciate you coming to TD Helps, Nickosha.
We'd like to inform you that your account number and your TD Debit Card number are two separate numbers. If you need your account number, we'd be happy to provide you with ways on how to obtain this information.
You may locate your account number via your statement next to "Primary Account Number" located on the top right corner of the page. If you can't locate your statement to retrieve your TD Bank account number, you may visit any of our TD Bank Stores for a Customer Service Representative to assist you. Please bring with you a form of identification (Driver’s License, passport, State I.D.) and your Social Security number. To find a TD Bank near you, visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You can also log in to Online Banking from the full site to retrieve your account number. If you are not currently enrolled, please call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with our Banking Specialists. They'll help walk you through the process! After you've successfully enrolled, the first page that is displayed will show your account, including your account number! If you'd prefer to do this in person, you may also visit your closest TD Store.
Please keep in mind, for the security of your account; we may not disclose your account number via telephone or email.
Let us know if this helps and have a nice day.
Brian M., Mount Laurel
