Welcome back, J.
The funds you originally used for the account are held as collateral during the time you have the Secured Credit Card. If you request to close your Card and we are able to confirm that your Credit Card account is paid in full with no outstanding obligations, you will then be able to access your original funds after the account is closed.
If you have any further questions, please reach out to the number LiShu mentioned above.
Have a great day, J!
