My card is being declined even though there is funds in my account. Please let me know what's happening.

We'd like to share that at this time, we aren't experiencing any technical difficulties with our debit cards.
As you've mentioned that your card was being declined, we encourage you to reach out to a Banking Specialist. You're able to reach us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours or by sending a secure message.

If you'd like to send a secure message, you can do so using Online Banking by signing in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and selecting 'Send a secure message'. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in.
