Dear Help Team,
I applied over the phone requesting specifically the promotion offering $20=
0.00 bonus on the first $500.00 in purchases. I received documentation that=
did not mention this benefit. I specifically told the person taking my app=
lication if this promotion was not currently available I would wait till it=
became available once more. They told me it was available and I would rece=
ive all the benefits offered.=20
I phoned earlier today and the young lady whom I spoke with seemed a bit co=
nfused as to why I did not receive the promotion I requested and asked me t=
o fax her a copy of the offer. Which I have done. Unfortunately speaking is=
difficult for me and I do not have internet access at home. I text when ev=
er possible and use email once or twice a month. Therefor I ask to be conta=
cted by U.S. mail when texting is not available. I use the phone only as a =
last resort and the person to whom I spoke with today will confirm it was d=
ifficult for me. I can speak a few words then must cough, which tends to be=
I specifically asked for the promotion with the $200.00 bonus and informed =
the person who took my application that was the main reason I was applying =
for your card. If it is/was not available I would have not applied for one =
at this time. I shall refrain from activating the card you sent me until I =
know it falls under the promotion I requested. Thanks and good luck.
