I have been trying to log on to my checking account for a number of days and this message keeps coming up :

Is there a problem with the site?
I know my log in details are definitely correct.
I'm in the UK so can you give me an email address I can contact rather than a phone number.

We are not experiencing any known issues with our Mobile Banking App at this time. Because of this, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance.
We ask that you contact us directly via telephone. To do so from overseas, you're able to dial 856-751-9000 or calling us collect with an operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518. Our Representatives are available 24/7 to assist you.
Please know that our Representatives are unable to correspond via email at this time as it is not considered a secure platform to discuss your account information.
