We appreciate having you join us at TD Helps, Letia! We'd be happy to help!
At this time, we do not offer the feature you are referring to. However; through TD Bank Online Banking, we offer our Customers an array of valuable services, and we invite you to view more here: https://go.td.com/2nUP86H. This free service includes access to our Popmoney feature among others, which will allow you to make a one-time or recurring payment to another person's account either within or outside TD Bank. We invite you to look here: https://go.td.com/1h4ZIkL for details.
Once logged in, you may click on the tab at the top of the page titled "Person-to-Person Payments." You will then be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm your email and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and email address we have on file for you. Next, we will request you to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process. Once the enrollment is complete you’ll be ready to send a payment!
When sending a Person-to-Person Payment, you will have two delivery options, three-day or next-day delivery. To qualify for the next-day delivery option, you must wait 90 days from your first successful three-day transfer and must not have had any transactions that overdrew your account in the past 90 days. You're welcome to review the Popmoney Terms and Conditions https://go.td.com/2nUP86H, and please also note that there may be fees for the use of this service. We invite you to take a look at our Fee Schedule here: https://go.td.com/2kFZ5mK.
Keep in mind that the recipient does not need to be enrolled in Person-to-Person Payments in order to receive funds. They simply need to accept the transfer in which you've sent.
If you need any assistance or have questions, feel free to contact us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with our Tech Support Specialists. After account verification, we would be happy to assist.
We hope this helps, Letia and have a good evening.
