As this is pertaining to your account specifically, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You may do so 24/7 by dialing 856-751-9000 or calling us collect with an operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518.
You are also able to check your pending transactions via Online Banking. If you are already enrolled, you may log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Your pending activity will be displayed on the main page beneath "Pending Transactions."
If you are not currently enrolled, you may do so by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security Number and email address to enroll. If you have any trouble, feel free to contact us via the numbers mentioned above.
