Thanks for coming to TD Helps today, Jeff.
You may order Euros at any TD Bank Store, for locations near your area, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores. When placing a currency order, it is important to place your order before 3:00pm so it can be processed same day. Please allow at least two business days for your Euros to arrive.
If you're going to be traveling, we recommend placing a Travel Notification on your checking account before you leave. You can do so by calling our Customer Service Line 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visiting a local TD Bank Store. If you're setup for online banking, another option would be to send a secured message using www.tdbank.com and request the Travel Notifications be added to your account. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. From there, signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. We recommend contacting our 24/7 Digital Banking at 800-493-7562 if you have any difficulties or any questions. One of our Specialists can set up your Online Banking for you; they can even add the travel notifications for you.
You could still send the secured message if you wish by clicking on the "Customer Service" tab and then select "Send A Message". Additionally, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. In the secured message please include your travel destinations and dates.
As always, we thank you for your visit to our TD Helps page, Jeff. Have a nice day!
