Hi Susan, thanks for connecting with us today at TD Helps.
You can speak with a real person 24/7, 365 days a year by calling 888-751-9000. Just hit Option 0 to be connected with a dedicated Specialist 24/7 to discuss your account. You may also find this page that lists the Bank-by-Phone menu options helpful: http://bit.ly/1HuHfKI.
You can also check your balance at an ATM. When you check your balance through the ATM, all you need to do is insert your card to the machine of your choice and enter your PIN. Then select the "Balance Inquiry" option. Keep in mind that using any TD ATM is free of charge but there may be fees applied at non-TD ATMs. For more information about fees that may be applied, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. You may also ask a Teller at any TD drive up window or in the lobby. Check out http://bit.ly/TDStores to find ATMs and TD Bank locations near you!
Online Banking is not only a great tool checking your balance but many other aspects of banking! In order to check your balance with Online Banking, you must first be enrolled. You can do so for free at any time by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need to have your account number, ATM/VISA Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address to complete the enrollment process. If you have any problems while enrolling or are missing any of the mentioned pieces of information, please call us directly 24/7 also at the number listed above or visit a TD Store near you. Our dedicated Banking Specialists would be happy to help you enroll. After you are successfully logged in, your account balances will be displayed on the first page you see.
After you enroll in Online Banking, you now have to opportunity to use Mobile Banking. If you have a smartphone, you can download the Mobile Banking application by taking a look here: http://bit.ly/1wT5SbU. You can submit your phone number on the website and it will text the link to your phone so you can download the app. Your user name and password for Mobile Banking is the same as the one you created for Online Banking! Pretty cool, huh? If you have any problems while downloading or accessing the app, you can contact our Tech Support Specialists at 800-493-7562, 24/7 for assistance.
Hope this info helps Susan. Don't hesitate to reach out to TD Helps again if you have any other questions. Have a great weekend!
