Thank you for reaching us on TD Helps, Stuart. We'd be glad to answer any questions you may have regarding check images. If you are currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may view your most recent check images via your Online Banking. In order to do so, please first log onto your online account and select the account which the checks are issued from, after that, please select "All Available History" from the drop down box located under the "Account History." Selecting this will allow you view checks that have been presented that are available for viewing. To view checks prior to what is listed online; you may send us a secure message with your request. To send a secure message, please click on the "Customer Service" tab and then "Send a Message." On the new page, there will be a message field and a drop down menu where you can choose a subject. Once we receive your check copy request, we will mail the check images to your address on file. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Alternatively, if you are enrolled in paperless statements the check images will be displayed on your digital statement copies, free of charge. You can access this information via the "Statements" tab while viewing your account history. If you'd prefer to receive paper statements, you may request the check images to be mailed along with your statements. Depending on your account type, there may be a fee for this service, check out: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for more details. To request the check images on your mailed statements, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, visit any TD Bank location or by send a message as instructed above. For the subject for this request, please use "General Customer Service." If you have not enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so at: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. You will need your account number and ATM/debit card number to complete the enrollment. The system will lead you step-by-step through the process. If you have any questions about the enrollment process, please call our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for further assistance. You are also welcome to contact our Customer Service Representatives at the number listed above to request a check copy to be mailed to you.
