Welcome to the TD Helps Community, Lynn. We are happy to provide you some information today!
For the protection of your TD Bank account, your TD Debit Card does have daily limits placed on it. For more information on your daily limit amounts, please take a look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (Pages 43 & 44).
If you think you may require a higher limit for a purchase or withdrawal than the limits that are in place, we can provide a few options to request an increase.
You can send us a written request via fax or secured message. You can send the fax to our Fulfillment Team at 856-533-1138, or please log in to your TD Bank online account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and use the Send a Message link after clicking the Customer Service tab. With either method, please include the following information:
• Subject: Limit Increase • Account Number • Debit/ATM Card Number • Your Name • Contact Telephone Number • Amount of increase or decrease • Indicate - Visa, POS, ATM • Your Signature (for the fax option only)
You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for assistance. For hours and locations near you, click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note, limit increases are temporary and the transaction must be completed the same day that the limit increase is granted. If you are interested in a permanent limit increase or decrease, you must visit your local TD Store location to make the request.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
We hope this helps, Lynn! Have a great day.
