Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Frank. We'd be glad to discuss.
Transfer limits are determined by the type of transfer you're trying to make.
If you are transferring funds using External Transfers or Person-to-Person Payments, limits are in place for the security of your account. For the information on limits regarding this service, please check out this link: http://bit.ly/1pADlWD (Pg. 3. section 1.16). Generally, all customers are supplied with our Standard Limits for this service. The limit may be increased automatically based on your account history at the discretion of the bank. Also, your individual transaction limits are available once you log in to your TD Bank account online; please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Click on the information icon to the right of the amount box when entering this information for a transfer.
When transferring funds via wire, there is no limit to the amount of funds you're able to transfer as long as the dollar amount does not exceed your account balance.
Please know that there are limits to the amount you're able to wire transfer via BusinessDirect. To determine your limit via BusinessDirect, we ask that you reach out to us directly for assistance. You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562 option 2 or by visiting any TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Frank and have a good day.
