Hi Lulu and thanks for choosing to ask your question on TD Helps.
If you're looking to transfer funds from your TD Bank account to an account that you have at a different Financial Institution, you will have the option of sending an External Transfer. Similar to the Person-to-Person transfer option, you will also have two delivery options with external transfers as well, three day or next day delivery. The next day delivery option will become available to you after 90 days of your first successful three day transfer and your account must be without any overdrafts in the past 90 days. If you choose either of these services, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. For a listing of applicable fees for External Transfers, please look at our Fee Schedule: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may complete the process by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. To complete the enrollment process, you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address. If you have any difficulties, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists for assistance 24/7 at 800-493-7562. We recommend checking with the other financial institution to ensure no other additional information is required.
We hope you find that this answered your question and please come back again if you have any more. Have a wonderful day!
