That's an excellent question, Carolyn! We'll be glad to go over some additional information regarding ATM withdrawals in France.
We'd like to begin by stating that additional fees might be assessed by the owner of the ATM. Check out: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for more information on our current Fee Schedule. We invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1ltwDDc and http://bit.ly/1fO8wKy for tips on international travel and FAQs.
If you haven't done so already, we recommend placing travel notes on your account. Once your account is notated, TD Bank is now aware of your current and future locations and can greatly reduce any service interruptions. You may also send a Secured Message through Online Banking as well. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send A Message. If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flights, if applicable.
If you need to contact us while you're abroad, feel free to do so 24/7 at 856-751-9000 or via collect with operator's assistance from a non-mobile telephone at 00+1-215-569-0518.
We hope this information is helpful and come back any time you have a question, Carolyn. Enjoy the rest of your trip and take care!
