Thank you for considering TD for your banking needs, Nicole. We'd be happy to help you open an account.
There is no fee to open an account; however, there may be minimum balance requirements depending on the account you choose to open.
To view and compare our checking accounts, visit http://bit.ly/1aDaRqd or check out our Checking Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU for help with selecting a checking account that is the best fit for you. To view and compare savings account products, click on http://bit.ly/1pJT9I9 , or if you prefer, we also have a Savings Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1DvM which can help you choose the best savings account for your needs.
You can open the account via online, telephone or at any TD Bank location during lobby hours once you decide on the account type that best suits your needs. To open the account via online, click on the "Open Account" button below the account you choose and fill in the required fields. You can open an account via telephone 24/7 by calling our Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and one of our Banking Specialists can open the account for you. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find TD Bank near you, if you prefer to speak with a Representative in person.
Keep in mind that you will need to have a few pieces of information handy regardless of how you choose to open your account. You will need a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security number.
We hope to hear from you soon, Nicole and thanks for considering TD!
