I want to set up my account to receive electronic payments from my 401k and shareholders accounts. Is there a fee to receive either?

To answer your question correctly, we'll need to know how the funds are transferred from the financial institution to TD Bank.
If you choose to send a wire transfer, depending on your TD Bank account product type, a wire transfer fee may apply.
If the transfer is an ACH transaction, please note that TD Bank does not charge for receiving ACH credits at this time.
If the transfer is made using the External Transfer feature via TD Bank Online Banking, there are two delivery options: 1 day delivery and 3 day delivery. Fees may apply to both delivery options.
