I am traveling to Europe on a cruise that includes Italy, France and Greece. If I get Euros from you, at what rate? Or if I use an ATM in Europe what fees apply? Is there a specific Bank there I need to use...etc...thank you

Thanks for stopping by TD Helps today, Michele! Sounds like a great trip and we'll be glad to answer any questions you may have about ATM usage in Europe and foreign currency exchange.
We'd like to begin by stating that most of our Stores do offer foreign exchange services. We recommend reaching out to the Store of your choice 3-5 business days prior to needing the Euros; just in case it needs to be ordered. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. We'd also like to point out that the rates do change frequently and in order to receive an accurate exchange rate, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit any TD Bank Store during lobby hours.
At this time, TD Bank does not have any affiliate banks outside our Maine to Florida footprint as well.
In regard to ATM usage in Europe, we'd like to state that fees may apply when you choose to use a Non TD ATM and you may use ATMs that are in the NYCE and PLUS networks. Check out: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to review our current Personal Fee Schedule. Also, additional fees may be applied by the owner of the foreign ATM.
Feel free to check out: http://bit.ly/1ltwDDc and http://bit.ly/1fO8wKy for tips on international travel and FAQs. If you need to reach us while you are away, you may do by dialing 1-856-751-9000 or you may also contact us collect by dialing 00+1-215-569-0518 from a non-mobile telephone.
We hope this answers your questions, Michele and come by any time you have a question in the future. Take care and enjoy your cruise!
