Welcome to TD Helps, Susan! We are happy to provide you with some helpful transfer information.
As you mention that you are a signer on both accounts you wish to use for transfers, we would like to also confirm that both accounts must be linked to your ATM/debit card to access the account(s) at your nearest ATM prior to your transfer. If you are unsure if both accounts are linked to your card, we recommend reaching out to a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000. For your convenience, we can link up to 5 Checking accounts and 5 Savings accounts to a single card for access at ATM locations.
In regards to transferring money at an ATM, please know that there is no limit to either the dollar amount or the amount of times that you may transfer from one account to another.
Please remember that you can use your TD ATM/debit card at any NYCE shared network where the Visa logo is accepted, but if you intend to use an ATM that is not owned by TD Bank, ATM fees may apply. Please take a look at our most recent fee schedule here for more information: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
We hope this information is helpful, Susan. Have a wonderful day!
