I was wondering if paying bills online is a free service offered by TD Bank. Also, I was wondering if there is either a maximum number of bills you can pay per month or a minimum number of bills you must pay online per month once you sign up for online bill paying.

Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Cindy. We'd be glad to discuss Bill Pay with you.
Online Bill Pay is a great way to schedule bills and keep track of your monthly expenses and we are happy to say, as a TD Bank Customer, you will have free online access which includes, Online Banking, Bill Pay, and Mobile Banking. Similarly, there is no minimum amount of bills you have to pay per month.
Before using this feature, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. If you have not enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need to have your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card, Social Security Number and email address to complete the enrollment process.
Once you are logged in, you will need to enroll for Bill Pay. To enroll, please select the "Bill Pay' tab, you will then be asked to accept the Bill Pay user agreement. Once accepted, you can then immediately begin scheduling your bills!
We suggest taking a look here http://bit.ly/1iuOJVb for more detailed information on using Bill Pay and scheduling payments. For more information on TD Bank Bill Pay, we invite you to take a look at the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1gWIrp7.
