We appreciate the visit to TD Helps, Daniel. We understand your concern and would be happy to help.
We are happy to say, TD Mobile Deposit is a free feature via our TD Mobile App. This feature is available to Customers of at least 90 days or longer with an active Checking, Savings or Money Market account. Please note, TD Mobile Deposit is also available for most iPhone and Android devices, restrictions may apply, please see: http://bit.ly/1d3ZMyP for more information on your TD Bank Mobile Deposit Addendum and also here: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for our Mobile Deposit FAQs.
If you meet the qualifications for our TD Mobile Deposit, you must first be enrolled for TD Online Banking. If you are not currently enrolled, you may do so at any time here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address to complete the enrollment process. The first step after the link mentioned is to choose "Personal" from the drop down box. You will then be asked to fill out your personal information and finally create security questions. For more benefits of Online Banking visit: http://bit.ly/1m3d6Zl.
Once you’ve successfully enrolled, you can then download the TD Bank Mobile App which makes it even easier to manage your accounts and check your balance on the go; you can do so by following this link: http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H. To access your account you should use the same User Name and Password that you're using on our full website for your TD Bank Online Banking account.
If you have additional questions or need further assistance regarding mobile deposits, please give us a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with a Tech Support 24/7. Or if you prefer to go over this in person, you may visit any TD Store near you. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps Daniel. Have a great one and do not hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
