IS THERE A SISTER BANK THAT I CAN USE TO MAKE TRANSACTIONS, IN TALLAHASSEE FLORIDA?
January 22, 2016 08:08:48 PM
In reply to KEN, TALLAHASSEE
Thanks for taking time out to visit us today, Ken. We'd be happy to help.
Although we are currently not partnered with any other Financial Institutions, we are happy to provide further options on how you may deposit funds into your TD Account.
We see that you are writing to us from Rochester, whether it is New Hampshire or New York, we invite you to check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores to locate the nearest TD Store and TD ATM to you.
If you are unable to visit a TD Bank store or ATM you can also send your deposit to the Bank via mail or through our TD Mobile App if you have an Android or iPhone.
If you choose to make a deposit through your smart phone, you’ll first need to ensure you have an internet-enabled Android or iPhone device with a camera and that you are enrolled in TD Bank Online Banking as well as the TD Bank Mobile Deposit service. Also, you will need to ensure you have been a TD Bank Customer for at least 90 days or longer with an active Checking, Savings or Money Market account. You can always visit: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for a list of Frequently Asked Questions which may be helpful.
You can also make a deposit via Mail. If you choose to do this, send your deposit to:
TD Bank, N.A. ME2-001-033 P.O. Box Number 1190 Lewiston, ME 04243
Some tips to consider prior to mailing your deposit include:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail
- Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
- Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only)
- Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
- Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
- If using a blank deposit ticket, please write account number clearly
- Do not staple transactions
Additionally, if needed, you have the ability to make deposits at non TD ATMs as long as it is listed as a NYCE shared deposit ATM. Keep in mind that any deposits made at non TD Bank ATMs will take longer to clear your account. We recommend converting the cash to a non-monetary instrument such as a Money Order prior to making the deposit at a non TD Bank ATM. Check deposits made with your card at these ATMs can take up to seven business days after the deposit is made while cash deposits can take up to five business days. If you'd like to take a look at this information in greater detail, we invite you to take a look at our Personal Account Agreement, http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ . Pages 38-41 detail all of our deposit availability information.
Please also note for withdrawals conducted at non-TD ATMs, the institution that owns the terminal (or the network) may assess a fee (surcharge) at the time of your transaction, including for balance inquiries. Please check out http://go.td.com/1cTejgt for any applicable fees you may be assessed for using a Non-TD ATM. To withdraw funds without receiving any fees, you have the option of getting cash back at any store that allows you to do so.
If you have any other questions, feel free to call us at 888-751-9000, available 24/7.
We hope this helps, Ken, and thanks for joining us on TD Helps this evening.
