Welcome to the TD Helps community, Giovana. We want to make sure you have full access to your funds, even when you're overseas.
While we aren't able to reach out to you directly, there are still plenty of ways to connect with us about this issue. While you're travelling to Europe or anywhere outside of the US, you may reach us directly at 1-856-751-9000 or call Collect with operator assistance from any land line phone by asking the Operator to dial 1-215-569-0518 (if you are able to gain access to a land line).
Additionally, you may also send a Secured Message through Online Banking. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM or Debit Card number, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s). If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at the same number listed above to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
Typically, we recommend notifying us when you plan to travel. When you place travel notifications, it makes us aware of foreign transactions on your account and helps us monitor your account's security. While traveling, we also recommend carrying more than one method of payment, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues. For more travel tips while overseas, please visit http://bit.ly/1gDrDYu. You may also want to review our international travel tips frequently asked questions by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1ltwDDc .
If this is regarding a TD Visa Credit Card, you may contact our Credit Card Specialists while you're outside the United States 24/7 by dialing 706-644-3266.
We hope that this helps, Giovana! Have a great day.
