Hey, Jackie! Thanks for stopping by TD Helps and we would be glad to provide some options for you.
First, the quickest and easiest way to view and print copies of your statements is to find them via your online banking account. For your personal accounts, you'll be able to view the past five years of statements online, or from the start of your account if opened more recently than five years ago. Please keep in mind that this applies to any of your accounts which receive statements and are still active with us.
If you're currently using our TD Online Banking for your personal account, after logging in your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below:
-Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the screen
-Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
-Click on the Statements tab
-Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement
-You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you are not currently enrolled for online banking and would like to use this service for your Personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/debit card, Social Security number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. Please follow the prompts, and when you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
In case you don't have the required information to set up your online account or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
If you're a business account holder with us and are currently using our BusinessDirect online platform, kindly note that you'll be able to view 18 months of statements there.
If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, after logging in your account, please follow the steps below:
-Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen -Click “Statements” -Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement” -You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statements
If you prefer to use our free BusinessDirect online platform and you're not already doing so, you may start here: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. You'll need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit card, your Taxpayer Identification number and your email address to enroll. Please note that should you sign up for BusinessDirect, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your initial User ID and password for login purposes. If you don't have some required info, feel free to visit us at any TD Bank Store here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to sign up.
If you'd prefer not to download your statements online, you're welcome to contact a Customer Service Representative 24/7 at the number mentioned earlier, or via online Secure Message, who can mail the statements to your address on file. To send a secure message, please log in to your account online. Once you have done so, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Statement Copy, or Send a Secure Message in BusinessDirect. Please submit your request and a friendly Representative will respond shortly.
Or if you'd like, please feel free to visit any of our local Stores to obtain the copies. In many cases you can have them printed while you wait. Please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find your local Store and lobby hours.
Please note, depending on the type of statement copy you are looking for, additional fees may apply. For more information, please refer to your Account Guide and the current Personal Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt (located under “copies”).
Hope these options work for you, Jackie! Let us know if you have other questions and enjoy your week!
