You are able to correspond with our Banking Specialists 24/7 while logged in to your online account. After signing in, you are able to send a secure message. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile at www.tdbank.com. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." In your message be sure to include details of the transaction and why you would like the transaction disputed.
You are also able to contact our Banking Specialists 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification our Representatives will be glad to review your account and place a dispute for the transaction in question.
