I'm having a problem obtaining a refund from an online merchant for a purchase that was not delivered on time. and I wish to dispute the charge made to my TD Bank debit card. Is there a way to dispute the charge, and stop the payment?

Please know that you do have the option to file a dispute with us as the merchandise you ordered was not delivered on time. To do so, please feel free to call 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification they'd be more than happy to review your account transactions with you and they'll also be happy to file the merchant dispute while you are on the phone with them.
