Once you're using Online Banking or if you already are, you may also like to take advantage of our Alerts service. To set your alerts, just log into your Online Banking here:http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and click the “Alerts” tab. After clicking the "Alerts" tab you will then choose "Set up a new Alert." Online Banking will then ask you to specify what type of alert you are creating and once you do, please select "Continue." You will then be asked to select the account you'd like the alert for, the type of alert and the dollar amount of your alert. By selecting "Finish," your alert will be saved.
Keep in mind that these alerts are sent via email and will only be directed to your cellular device if you have your email attached to your phone.
If you have any troubles setting up your balance alerts, you can contact our Tech Support Specialists directly 24/7 at 800-493-7562. They would be more than happy to walk you through the process.
We hope this helps and take care!
