Good afternoon, Amber.
Welcome to TD Helps.
While we are unable to physically remove any transactions that may be appearing on your statement, if you are reviewing your transactions, and notice a transaction that you are unfamiliar with, or believe may have been fraudulently debited, you're more than welcome to connect with us, and we'll be happy to help.
Our Banking Specialists are here to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply calling 1-888-751-9000. Once on the phone, they'll be happy to go over your account and transactions with you, and if necessary, can even file a dispute. Once a dispute is filed, while the transaction will still appear on your account, you may receive a credit if a debit did post without your authorization.
In addition to calling, if you'd prefer, you're also welcome to visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this information helps, Amber, and please let us know if we can answer any additional questions for you.
Have a great Thursday!
Brittany M, Mount Laurel
