If you're expecting a replacement card you may contact us to see if it's been sent and to confirm the mailing date and mailing address in which it was sent to. We have several ways that you can contact us for this information. You may call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and a Banking Specialist will be more than happy to assist you. You may also reach out to us via Secure Message. Please understand, to connect in this format, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. To send a Secure Message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile in which you can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you are enrolled for our TD Bank BusinessDirect, you may use this link to logon http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a secure message.
If you wish to enroll for Online Banking for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM Visa Debit Card number, your Social Security number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at the same telephone number listed above and upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
Just in case you have a Business account you'll want to use TD Bank BusinessDirect, as long you have your TD Bank ATM Visa Debit Card number, you may follow this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password. In case you don't have a TD Bank ATM Visa Debit Card or would like to have immediate access to Online Banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help.
Lastly, you may visit a TD Bank Store for assistance with information about your TD Bank ATM Visa Debit Card and if unable to enroll in Online Banking or TD Bank BusinessDirect you may have help at the TD Store to do so. We'd also like to take this opportunity to let you know that if you visit a TD Bank Store, you have the option of requesting an instant issue TD Bank ATM Visa Debit Card and be able to leave with it in your hand! For a listing of TD Store hours and locations, please look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Once at the Store, if you have already ordered a new debit card online that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store.
