It's great to hear from you today, Simon!
It sounds as though you may be inquiring as to receiving statements for your account in both the mail and through your Online Banking. If this is the case, we'll be more than happy to help!
As you mentioned that you already receive a monthly statement for your account by mail, we'll gladly provide you with all the information you may need to review this same information online. First, you'll want to log into your Online Banking, which you can do from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you haven't yet enrolled in Online Banking, that's okay! You can start here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. To complete the enrollment process, you will need your account number, debit card number, Social Security Number, and a valid email address.
Once you're able to fully access your account, you'll want to start by clicking on the account you wish to review your statements for. Next, select the green tab that reads 'Statements & Notices', which will bring your to a page where you can review all your available statements for the current year. To view a copy of your statement, simply click on the blue hyperlink that reads 'View' under the 'Details' section. From here, you can either review your statement, or you can also print a copy for your records!
If you'd like, you may also speak with a Specialist to request copies of your statements, free of charge! Banking Specialists can first be reached by dialing 1-888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Customer Service Representatives are also here to help at any number of our TD Store locations, during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this helps, Simon, and please let us know if we can answer any additional questions for you.
Have an amazing day!
