Good question, Iesha and thanks for reaching out to TD Helps for your answer.
We appreciate your interest in TD Go Reloadable Prepaid Card. TD Go is a reloadable prepaid card that gives the teens the freedom of making their own purchases, online or at a store, and it is accepted wherever Visa debit and credit cards are accepted. It also gives the parents the ability to set boundaries for the teens' spending. For more information on the TD GO card, take a look here: http://bit.ly/1d2j6OJ.
The Account Owner must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have a valid U.S. address to purchase and register the Card. The Cardholder must be at least thirteen (13) years of age in order to be authorized to use the Card. If you are interested in getting a card for your teen or if you would like to send one as a gift, you can do so by visiting this link: http://bit.ly/1jWLKzt to take you to the "Enrollment" page. Please select the "Enrollment Type" and select "Continue". You will then be asked to create your profile and a series of questions will be asked. Once you've created a profile, you will then be able to add your teen by selecting the "Adding a Teen" button. You will need to provide the teen's information and fund the card.
Please note that in order to fund a TD Go Card you must have a TD Bank debit or credit card. We also encourage you to visit: http://bit.ly/1eSK0Du for the Terms and Conditions for the TD GO Card and also here: http://bit.ly/1zrVD2w for information on the TD Go Card guide. Any additional questions about TD Go Cards can also be answered by calling TD Go Card Customer Service 24/7 at 855-219-8050.
Let us know if you have any further questions. We are always here to help. Have a pleasant day.
