for using an ATM card (not debt card) while in Europe? How is the exchange rate determinied (i.e. do I get a favorable or unfavorable exchange rate)? Any other transaction fees (other than $3 per use fee listed at http://bit.ly/1cTejgt ? I have a regular free checking account.

We'd like to let you know that the exchange rate you would receive at an ATM is not set by the bank. Foreign exchange rates are published by the government and fluctuate daily and Customers will pay the VISA exchange rate at the time of an ATM withdrawal. We encourage you to check out our current fee schedule, http://bit.ly/1cTejgt , as it outlines any applicable fees that may come into play when you use your debit card out of the country.
