My dad was just in because my checking account is low and I need to transfer money from my savings account (he's a co signer on checking but not savings) but he wasn't authorized to do so. I am out of the country so I can't come in or call. Unless there is a skype option? I don't have access to my online banking because it lost the password but can't reset it because again I can't call. What do you suggest that I do? I would like to avoid being charged for minimum balance in my checking.
