If you are looking to contact us via unsecured e-mail, please follow these steps:
- Visit www.tdbank.com
- Click on "Customer Service" (located on the upper right of the page)
- Scroll down to the "Banking" section
- Click on "Send us an e-mail"
Another way to contact us is by sending a secured message via Online Banking. To send a secure message, you will need to be enrolled in Online Banking first. If you are not enrolled to Online Banking yet, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, and your e-mail address. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account(s). Once you are logged in to your account, you will then select the "Customer Service" tab after you log in. Beneath the section entitled "Message Center" select "Send a Message."
