I need to know which banks you are working with in terms of cashing the bank draft which is prepared by your bank?
Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the TD Helps community, Cenk.
Currently TD Bank is not affiliated with any banks in other countries nor has any Store locations there; however, we are happy to inform you that you can use your TD Visa debit card at any locations that accept VISA across the globe! While you are away, you can also make ATM withdrawals from any machine that displays the VISA or NYCE logo. Please note; each time a Non-TD Bank ATM is utilized, including international ATMs, a non-TD ATM fee may apply depending on your account type. For more information on our fee schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. You also may be assessed an additional fee (surcharge) at the time of your withdrawal. This fee is set by the machine owner and not associated with TD Bank. We'd like to share with you that we do have some deposit account products either will waive non-TD ATM fees or receive unlimited ATM surcharge refunds. For more information, please refer to the fee schedule provided above.
At this time, TD Bank is not charging international transactions fees when making purchases with your TD debit card outside of the U.S.
While traveling, we also recommend carrying more than one method of payment, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues. For more travel tips while overseas, please visit http://bit.ly/1gDrDYu. Dear Team Member, this is not the answer to my question. My question is I have a Bank Draft given by your Bank, and I need to cash that draft. I live in Turkey, therefore, I am asking you how can I cash that draft? Can I open a non-residential account and cash it to there and then transfer it to my account in Turkey?

Thanks for getting back to us, Cenk.
We apologize for any confusion.
For a non-US resident to open an account with us, you will need to visit us at a TD Bank Store, during lobby hours. If you are in the U.S. or will be visiting the U.S. in the near future, check out our Store locator for our hours and locations here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. However, we recommend contacting a financial institution in Turkey for more options on cashing a draft.
Have a nice day.
