Is there any manner in which more history from a checking account can be located past what is available on our online banking form? I need check images from the past two years and I don't know how to access it.

Good morning, Kerianne.
Here at TD Bank, you are able to view up to seven years of past history through your Online Banking, and if you're having trouble locating this information, we'll be more than happy to help!
First, you'll want to log into your Personal Online Banking, which you can do from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you have successfully logged in, you'll want to click on the account you are hoping to obtain specific information for. Generally speaking, after clicking on this link, you can immediately view your current account history; however, by clicking on the green 'Statements & Notices' tab, you can view previous account statements.
As you mentioned that you were looking to obtain your account information for the past two years, you'll first want to change the year under the 'Viewing From' section, and then after finding the statement you were hoping to review, click on the 'View' hyperlink under the 'Details' section for that specific statement.
If you have any trouble, or should you need more detailed information such as check or deposit copies, we'd like to invite you to connect with us directly so that we can better assist you.
We'd first like to invite you to visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. By doing so, one of our Representatives may be able to provide you with statement, check, or deposit copies on the spot. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you're unable to visit a TD Store location, please don't worry, as you would also have the option of calling and speaking with one of our Banking Specialists, or even sending us a secure message. Banking Specialists are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000.
To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
It's important to note that when requesting copies of checks or deposits, a fee may be assessed. To learn more, we invite you to check out our Fee Schedule, which you can find here: https://go.td.com/2lbbfGg.
We hope this helps, Kerianne, and please don't hesitate to contact us with any additional questions or concerns.
Take care, and have an amazing start to your day.
