Is there any other way a person can send an e-transfer without logging into their account, cause I think someone hacked into mine and sent an unauthorized e-transfer to an unknown e-mail

This situation sounds concerning, Billy, and we'd be glad to help you connect.
Please know that there are a variety of ways to initiate an electronic funds transfer using both TD Bank and third parties.
As you've mentioned that you've noticed unauthorized activity on your account, we encourage you to reach out to us directly at your next convenience. You can connect with us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or by visiting any TD Store during lobby hours.
Take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Our Banking Specialists will be glad to review your account, submit any necessary disputes and help safeguard your account going forward.
We also recommend taking a look at our Security Center found here: https://go.td.com/1npPddy. This page of our website offers great tips and tools to keep you banking secure.
We look forward to discussing this with you, Billy. Have a good afternoon.
