In reply to Tri, Markham
Great to see you and thank you for inquiring about a new account with us!
First, we'd like to say that as of now, TD Bank has Store locations from Maine to Florida. For our most up to date list of locations, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. We don't have any locations on the West coast right now and we do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Since we notice that you're writing to us from Markham, if you're a Canadian resident you'll be happy to learn that you're eligible to open a TD Bank US deposit account of your choosing and this doesn't need to be completed at a Store. Once you find an account that suits you and your banking needs, you're welcome to call our Cross Border Banking Team at 877-700-2913, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for assistance in opening the account by phone.
Or, you also have the option to open an account online. You're welcome to click here: http://bit.ly/1ishIab to begin an application for an account with TD Bank in the US. Also, our TD Canada Trust branches now offer the option of opening a US account if you stop in there, so feel free to take advantage of that option as well.
We invite you to view all of our accounts so that you can find one which best fits your needs. Our Checking account options are listed here: http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF, or use our Checking Selector at http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU. And our Savings products are listed here: http://bit.ly/1hzzhPT, or use our Savings Selector at http://bit.ly/1sxY9Rd.
In case you do also bank with our partners at TD Canada Trust, we'd also like to tell you a little more about being our Customer at both banks. If so, you'll be able to take advantage of our convenient Cross Border Banking options and for more information, you can take a look here: http://bit.ly/1ienPN4.
If you're not from Canada, Tri, then please write back to us with a few more details about your account interests and needs so we can better help. You can also give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and we can answer any and all of your questions.
Thanks again for your message and best of luck with everything! Take care.
