Good afternoon, Assad. Thanks for reaching out to us.
While TD Bank is required to maintain statement records for a period of at least 7 years, there is a possibility that we may be able to access older documents.
Please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-900. If you're able to provide us with all of the check information, we may be able to research whether or not we still have record of it. If we are able to locate the check, we can have a copy mailed to your home address. We can also assist you in person. Stop in to see us at a local TD Bank Store and we can research your check payment. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
As we see you're writing in to us from Ontario, we also want to provide you info for TD Canada Trust. If the account the check was drawn on is with TD Canada Trust, we recommend reaching out to them directly by calling their 24/7 Customer Service line at 866-222-3456. If you'd like to reach out to a Branch in your area, click here: https://go.td.com/2stu4qM. You'll find contact information for any of our TD Canada Trust Branches.
We hope to hear from you soon, Assad. Take care.
