I have several payees automatically charged to this credit card. I travel extensively and have my mail forwarded whenever I am away for a period of time. Because you do not permit forwarding of mail, you placed a HOLD on my account when a mailed piece was returned to you. Please help.

In this particular case, we recommend contacting one of our 24/7 Card Services Specialists at 888-561-8861 for assistance regarding the hold on your credit card account. Once our Specialists verify your information, they should be able to remove the hold.
