Graham Is there anyway that I can configure my online banking page so that it will not shut down for 20 minutes - presently it shuts down after 10 minutes "if there is no activity." We'd first like to apologize for any inconvenience you may be experiencing with your online banking, and explain that, at this time, TD Bank will automatically log you out of your Personal Online Banking due to inactivity for your security. While we have no news to share at this time in regard to expanding the amount of time that takes place before you're automatically logged out of your account, we'll be more than happy to pass along your feedback to the appropriate department!
