When I send my sister money, I usually go to the local TD branch. I'm trying to figure out how i can send her the money without having to physically go to the bank. If I can do it online it would be much easier.

Thanks for writing in with your question, Rhiannon!
If you currently bank with another financial institution, we do recommend that you begin by inquiring about their services. They'll be able to advise you if you can send funds online from the online banking account you may have with that bank.
If you and your sister prefer, as a TD Bank Customer, she is more than welcome to use our Person-to-Person Transfers service, through which she can request funds from you. She can take a look here: http://bit.ly/1h4ZIkL for a little more information. We'll be happy to walk her through the enrollment for this service to get her started.
If she is already enrolled in Online Banking, she can click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to log in. After logging in, she can click on the tab at the top of the page titled "Person-to-Person Payments." She will then be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm her email and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and email address we have on file for her. Next we will ask her to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process. Once the enrollment is complete she'll be ready to request the payment! From the same screen, she can simply click on the Request Money tab to get started.
Please note that fees may apply for the transfer. For the Transfers Terms and Conditions please see: http://bit.ly/1lkiC6K, and for more information on the Fee Schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If your sister is not currently enrolled for Online Banking for her personal accounts, no worries! She may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, she will need her account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit card, Social Security number and her email address. When she finishes the enrollment process, she will have immediate access to her account(s) online.
Just in case she doesn't have the required information to set this up, or if she needs assistance with enrolling or a transfer, she can reach us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with a Tech Support Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get her started.
Hope this answers your question, Rhiannon! Great having you and enjoy the rest of your Sunday.
