Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Niyera! We're sorry for any inconvenience you may be experiencing and we'll be happy to help you.
For security purposes we cannot release credit or debit card numbers over the phone or via email. To access this information, we ask that you visit a TD location with photo ID. Once verified, a Representative will be able to provide you with your card number.
If you are referring specifically to your TD credit card, you may access the number through Online Banking. If your credit card is not linked to your Online Banking, you may give our Specialists a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to have it linked. Otherwise, you may log in online and send us a secure message to request it to be added. To do so, please sign into your account and click on "Send a Secured Message" underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
