Please kindly note that TD Bank does use multi-factor for verification during account opening process. If we're unable to verify your identity during the new account opening process via telephone, you will be required to visit your local TD Bank Store location, during lobby hours for further assistance. To find out TD Store locations near you, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. You will need to bring a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security number.
