In other words, is it possible to put an order in for some currency today even if I can't go in physically until Tuesday being as it's a holiday? ( in other words, it would lock in the rate that the currency is at right now ) Is this possible? thanks!

This is a great question, Bruce!
In order to place an order for foreign currency exchange, you must visit any of your local TD Bank Store locations. If the location is not open due to a holiday or event, then we kindly ask that you arrange your visit for a time when the store has reopened. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Feel free to call us anytime, 24/7 as well at 888-751-9000 if you'd like to schedule an appointment at your local TD or with any questions you have.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and let us know if we can be of any further assistance, Bruce.
