Right now our bank statements cover the 14th of the month to the 13th of the following month. I'd like that to be changed to cover the first day of the month to the end of the month; i.e., 9/01/17 - 09/30/17

Here at TD Bank, we believe in banking human, and because of this, if you would prefer to change your statement dates to better fit your preferences, you're more than welcome to do so!
If you have a deposit account, such as a Checking or a Savings, you may connect with a Banking Specialist whenever it's convenient for you, as our Specialists are here 24/7 to help. To do so, simply dial 1-888-751-9000. You may also speak with a Customer Service Representative at your local TD Store location. Our Representatives are available to help during lobby hours, and we invite you to check out the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest Store.
If you're unable to call or visit a TD Store location, that's okay too, as you may always send us a Secure Message! This can be completed from your Personal Online Banking, and you're welcome to use the link here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq to log directly in. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side, and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
In the event you may not be referring to a deposit account, but rather a Credit Card you may have with TD Bank, we ask that you call 866-686-4708 to speak with a Credit Card Specialist, 24/7.
Similarly, if you were hoping to change the statement date on your loan, you may contact our Financial Solutions Group, also 24/7, to speak with a Specialist. To do so, simply dial 1-800-937-5020.
