Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Daisha. We'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
While we cannot prevent the account from closing on time, there are several options we can offer you to help pay off the overdrawn balance. We recommend contacting our Recovery Department during normal business hours at 800-742-2651 to make payment arrangements, or visit your local TD Bank Store, prior to opening a new account. For TD Store locations and lobby hours, please check out, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once the overdrawn balance has been paid off and if your current account was closed, you can then request to open a new account with TD Bank. For information on the current checking accounts TD Bank offers, please follow this link: http://bit.ly/UR7yr0. For a customized recommendation with our Checking Selector answer the questions provided here: http://bit.ly/KmmHe7. If you are interested in Savings accounts with us, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1l6nLQ7. You can also receive a customized recommendation for our Savings accounts too!
