I asked to delete a membership and payment on a online site last year but I found out they moved my membership to another site and kept the monthly payment going on for 7 more month. I didn't get a single notice on phone mail or email. I asked them for a refund but they say a month refund is all they can give. Is there anything the bank can do to help me get the remaining refund? I emailed them many time but they keep on saying I agreed to join the site over the phone yet refuse to reveal the record(If they even have it) of it and says its against their websites regulation to give refunds. Also they moved my account info for billing to the other site without any notice and I am thinking this is illegal. Please help me out.
Also I have never logged on to the site for until last month when I found out I was paying $34.99 every month.
