If you are enrolled in paperless statements via TD Online Banking, you have the ability to access your transaction history as far back as April 2010! Please note that you have access to any checks that posted to your account from the past 60 days.
To view your check payments presented to your account that exceed the past 60 days, you should be able to view the check number, amount and posting date in your monthly statements. If your account is enrolled for paperless statements, your check images are available to view on the last page of your online statement, for any month in which your account was paperless.
To view your statements online you must log in, and after selecting the account you would like to view, please click on the "Statements" tab to select the year and month of the statement. You may also send us a Secure Message online while logged into your Online Banking account to request a copy of the check to be mailed to you. Click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to log in.
You may also give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, if the image is not available online or you do not currently use Online Banking and a Banking Specialist can request a copy to your home address.
