Thanks for stopping by TD Helps with your question today, Cheryl! We'll be happy to be of assistance.
We are happy to announce that if you have been enrolled in paperless statements via Online Banking, you have access to your transaction history as far back as April 2010! Please note that you have access to any checks that posted to your account from the past 60 days. All you have to do is sign into your account. Select "All Available History" from the drop down box located under the "Account History" title, after you select the "Accounts" tab. This allows you to view and print any checks that have been paid recently from your account.
If you do not currently use Online Banking or your check images were not available, we have other ways to help you. You are always welcome to give one of our dedicated Customer Service Representatives a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, and they can mail a copy to your home address. If you are nearby one of our TD Bank Stores, you can request a check copy to be printed while you wait. For a listing of Store hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores .
Please note that for multiple copies, fees can apply; please see http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for our current Fee Schedule.
We hope this helps you and please let us know if you have any other questions, Cheryl!
