I have the TD Bank app and it worked fine before the ios8 update, however after the update i receive the error 11852 and it tells me i can't use the back camera. I contacted Apple support and my phone works fine. Apple support informed me the error means Application is not allowed to use this Device. My camera works fine. Other aspects of the app work fine. I have version 3.1.2 and the app store says 3.1.2 is iOS 8 compatible. Just wondering if ya'll will have an update or bug fix for this, or what i should do.

Version 3.1.2 of the mobile app for iOS 8 is the most current version available. We suggest you uninstall your current app and reinstall it as this should fix the issue.
